We all deserve a safe place to process, and work through life’s challenges. My hopes for each of my clients is to provide a supportive space to work through life’s obstacles, fears, past trauma’s, and to work towards a present we can find peace and fulfillment in. I believe in flexibility within the therapeutic approach, so whether it’s working via telehealth, going for a walk/sitting outside, or in the traditional warm office setting, I am here to support whatever way works best for you and your needs.

Therapy approach

I provide a compassionate and integrative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. As a Level 1 and 2 trained EMDR practitioner, I incorporate this modality alongside Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support trauma processing and deep emotional healing. Additionally, I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence-based approach for working through trauma and PTSD.

My practice is rooted in an interpersonal therapy approach, fostering meaningful connections and insight. I also integrate emotionally focused therapy to deepen emotional awareness and strengthen relationships, along with a strength-based perspective to empower clients on their healing journey. Whether you're working through past trauma, grief, anxiety, or relationship challenges, I provide a supportive space to help you move forward with resilience and self-compassion.
